Bu sözleşme, Tworks Bilişim Hizmetleri Tic. Ltd. Şti. tarafından sunulan Controlio Security platformunun kullanımını düzenler. Platformu kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.
01Tanımlar
"Platform", controlio.ai adresinden erişilebilen Controlio Security uygulamasını; "Kullanıcı", Platform'a Microsoft 365 hesabıyla giriş yapan gerçek veya tüzel kişiyi; "Hizmet Sağlayıcı", Tworks Bilişim Hizmetleri Tic. Ltd. Şti.'ni ifade eder.
02Hizmetin Kapsamı
Controlio Security, Microsoft 365 ortamlarının siber güvenlik denetimini gerçekleştiren bir SaaS platformudur. Platform; CIS, NIST, ISO 27001, Microsoft Security Baseline ve diğer çerçevelere göre otomatik güvenlik değerlendirmesi yapar. Sonuçlar yalnızca bilgilendirme amaçlıdır ve bağlayıcı bir güvenlik denetimi yerine geçmez.
03Hesap ve Erişim
Platform'a erişim Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) üzerinden sağlanır. Kullanıcı, kendi Microsoft 365 kimlik bilgilerinin güvenliğinden sorumludur. Platform, kullanıcının yetkilendirdiği Microsoft Graph API izinleri aracılığıyla verilere salt okunur (read-only) erişim sağlar. Hiçbir veri değiştirilmez, silinmez veya oluşturulmaz.
04Veri İşleme ve Güvenlik
Platform tarafından işlenen veriler Microsoft Azure bulut altyapısında barındırılır. Tarama sonuçları kullanıcının tenant'ına ait olup yalnızca ilgili hesap tarafından erişilebilir. Veri işleme detayları için Gizlilik Politikası sayfamızı inceleyiniz.
05Kullanım Koşulları
Kullanıcı, Platform'u yasalara uygun şekilde kullanmayı kabul eder. Platform'un tersine mühendisliğe tabi tutulması, kaynak kodunun kopyalanması, yetkisiz erişim denemeleri, otomatik veri kazıma (scraping) ve Platform'un üçüncü taraflara alt lisanslama yoluyla sunulması yasaktır.
06Fikri Mülkiyet
Controlio Security platformunun tasarımı, kodu, içeriği, markası ve algoritmaları Tworks Bilişim Hizmetleri Tic. Ltd. Şti.'ye aittir. "Controlio Security" tescilli bir markadır (TÜRKPATENT). Kullanıcıya yalnızca sınırlı, devredilemez bir kullanım hakkı tanınır.
07Sorumluluk Sınırı
Platform "olduğu gibi" (as-is) sunulmaktadır. Tarama sonuçları bilgilendirme amaçlıdır ve tam güvenlik garantisi sağlamaz. Hizmet Sağlayıcı, platformun kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını taahhüt etmez. Platform kullanımından doğabilecek doğrudan veya dolaylı zararlardan Hizmet Sağlayıcı'nın sorumluluğu, kullanıcının ödediği son 12 aylık hizmet bedeli ile sınırlıdır.
08Lisans ve Ücretlendirme
Platform farklı lisans seviyeleri sunabilir. Ücretsiz deneme süreleri, kullanım limitleri ve ücretli planların detayları Platform içinde belirtilir. Hizmet Sağlayıcı, fiyatlandırma ve plan içeriklerini önceden bildirimde bulunarak değiştirme hakkını saklı tutar.
09Fesih
Kullanıcı hesabını istediği zaman kapatabilir. Bu koşulların ihlali halinde Hizmet Sağlayıcı, hesabı önceden bildirim yaparak askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabilir. Fesih durumunda kullanıcı verileri 30 gün içinde silinir.
10Uygulanacak Hukuk
Bu sözleşme Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri yetkilidir.
11Değişiklikler
Hizmet Sağlayıcı bu koşulları güncelleme hakkını saklı tutar. Önemli değişiklikler Platform üzerinden veya e-posta yoluyla bildirilir. Güncellenen koşulları kullanmaya devam etmek, değişikliklerin kabul edildiği anlamına gelir.

This agreement governs the use of the Controlio Security platform provided by Tworks Bilişim Hizmetleri Tic. Ltd. Şti. . By using the Platform, you agree to these terms.
01Definitions
"Platform" refers to the Controlio Security application accessible at controlio.ai; "User" refers to any individual or entity that accesses the Platform via a Microsoft 365 account; "Provider" refers to Tworks Bilişim Hizmetleri Tic. Ltd. Şti.
02Scope of Service
Controlio Security is a SaaS platform that performs cybersecurity assessments of Microsoft 365 environments. The Platform provides automated security evaluations based on CIS, NIST, ISO 27001, Microsoft Security Baseline, and other frameworks. Results are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding security audit.
03Account and Access
Access to the Platform is provided through Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD). Users are responsible for the security of their Microsoft 365 credentials. The Platform accesses data through Microsoft Graph API permissions authorized by the User in read-only mode. No data is modified, deleted, or created.
04Data Processing and Security
Data processed by the Platform is hosted on Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure. Scan results belong to the User's tenant and are accessible only by the associated account. For details on data processing, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
05Usage Restrictions
Users agree to use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws. The following activities are prohibited: reverse engineering, copying source code, unauthorized access attempts, automated data scraping, and sublicensing the Platform to third parties.
06Intellectual Property
The design, code, content, brand, and algorithms of the Controlio Security platform belong to Tworks Bilişim Hizmetleri Tic. Ltd. Şti.. "Controlio Security" is a registered trademark (TÜRKPATENT). Users are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use the Platform.
07Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as-is." Scan results are informational and do not guarantee complete security. The Provider does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Provider's liability for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Platform is limited to the service fees paid by the User in the preceding 12 months.
08Licensing and Pricing
The Platform may offer different license tiers. Free trial periods, usage limits, and paid plan details are specified within the Platform. The Provider reserves the right to modify pricing and plan contents with prior notice.
09Termination
Users may close their accounts at any time. The Provider may suspend or terminate accounts with prior notice in case of violation of these terms. Upon termination, user data will be deleted within 30 days.
10Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
11Changes
The Provider reserves the right to update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated through the Platform or via email. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
